No matter where you turn these days there seems to be a lot of emphasis placed on physical health. Be it in magazines, printing pictures on canvas artwork, bus bench ads, or television commercials, taking care of our bodies has become a topic of great interest. Almost half of the population in the world is affected in some way by mental illness and that can cause a negative impact on one's self-esteem, their relationships and everyday life.
Not only that, but mental health can also take a toll on one physically and no matter how much you exercise or how often you visit with your physio therapist or chiropractor, your physical well-being will be affected by your mental health issues.
